The location ia excellent, a quiet upmarket neighbourhood in the city, The metro is one minuite from the apartment, only five stops from the centre of Barcelona (Platja Catalonia). Supermarket next door and lots of cafe/tapas bars close by Apartment is clean, minimalistic and has everythig you need. Friendly correspondence and Communication is good.
