Because of the location in the basement apartment is dark, daylight is not really coming in. The warmwater boiler and heater is centrally located in the apartment , so the noice of the machine can be heard all night long.

Our stay was way above what we expected. Dan (our host) met us right outside the flat on our arrival and showed us around the apartment. The furnishing was spot on, and the location could not be better. We totally enjoyed staying at the flat.
