Unfortunately, we cannot rate this apartment because our host changed the accomodation we booked for Sht. Nihatbey Cd. No: 133. We didn't get any information before. He said the given apartment was better. We can describe that one. First of all apartment was smaller (size aproximately 40m2). An air conditioner was in the apartment but didn't cool. "Fully equiped" kitchen wasn't fully equiped. There was no nife, no chopping board, only a few plates and mugs. We asked the host for nives and a chopping board, next day he gave it to us (exactly 1 small nife and chopping board). We were supposed to get apartment for 3 people but in this apartment third bed was in the kitchen ( with head next to a fridge)-sofa bed which was dirty. The kitchen and the bathroom weren't too clean. Furthermore in the bathroom we found cockroaches. We are not satisfied. The host told us we could have said something during our stay but we didn't want to waste our short stay for removal. Location and view was OK

The place was definitely accurate in terms of its description: neat, clean and cosy. We especially liked the fact that the apartment is located in a quiet building next to a subway station and nice places to eat. I would definitely look into staying hear again, when I return

The apartment was very good and there were plenty of small shops cafe bars around. I would say though it is at least 10-15 minutes to metro at Osmanbey and the roads are quite steep. The only problem in the apartment was a lack of cupboard space as there were full of clothes.
