The apartment's location is just great! It is downtown, about 50m from the beach and almost every store can be reached walking.
It is very important to understand that the apartment has no actual air conditioning devices. It is equipped with ceiling fans and it can get pretty warm at a typical summer noon. Luckily, Derveni cools down when sun sets, so does the apartment.
There are two toilets, unfortunately only one was working during our visit and the toilet seat was broken (on the functional one).
I wish the apartment was cleaner, there was ton of dust at the furniture and we had to wash every single glass and plate before we used them, because they weren't properly cleaned.
Would I visit again? If the place was kinda cleaner and air condition devices were installed, I would. Until then I would have second thoughts.
