The flat has all essential items and has plenty of room for a family of 3. For a longer stay it would be good to have a washing machine. The distance to the railway station (20 minutes walk) would not be a problem if you came by car.

Everything was in working order and it was a good place to stay while attending the book fair. It is smaller than the photo indicates and the bed (which is really a sofa bed) was a bit of a challenge as it was very low. But overall very good experience.
